Vicoo Platform delivers the experimentation of the first program of acceleration<\/strong> for cooperative digital platforms<\/strong> in Italy.<\/p>\n

Vicoo Platform\u2019s community accelerator<\/strong> will support start-ups<\/strong> and cooperative <\/strong>enterprises<\/strong> wanting to start, extend or strengthen their activities and their
\ncompetences in the digital economy field<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The distinctive element of the model proposed by Vicoo Platform is the fundamental role of local communities in the acceleration<\/strong> process of the platforms.<\/p>\n

Vicoo Platform\u2019s project intends to promote an alternative to the extractive model which characterises the majority of digital platforms, as well as experimenting a new model focused on the mutual redistribution of value for local communities and for cooperative enterprises<\/strong> who want to participate.<\/p>\n

The Vicoo Platform model intends to start from the needs expressed<\/strong> by the community and later identify or build a cooperative platform<\/strong> able to satisfy them, in order to create a process through which community <\/strong>representatives<\/strong> are involved as key stakeholders. The community will then validate the solution proposed by the cooperative platform<\/strong> and its effectiveness on the local territory.<\/p>\n
